Ingredients
- Almond milk - 1 cup
- Cashews - 1tsp
- Almonds - 4pcs
- Dates - 3pcs (deseeded)
- Soaked Anjeer - 1 pc
- Cardamom pod - 1pc
- Soaked Black raisins - 1tsp
- Pistachios - 1tsp
Instruction
- Make dry fruit powder: In a blender, add cashews, almonds, pistachios and cardamom pod. Make a fine powder.
- Add some sweetness: Then add chopped anjeer, dates, black raisins into the same blender. Also add few drops of almond milk as well and make a paste.
- Give it a consistency: Next, add the rest of the almond milk and some water or ice and give it a final blend.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
